With a family-restaurant history and a penchant for tinkering with cars, high schooler Zach Ware decided to start  a Food Truck business. He would join the scores of chefs who have redefined Roving Restaurants and serve something excellent that people would CRAVE.  He jumped through many hoops and filled out even more complicated forms. He found the difficulty of crafting a business plan pale in comparason to the tedium of re-formulating recipes. Business ownership is more than just over coming obstacles. It is a creative way to contribute to the community. Hopefully others in the area will soon be inspired to come join the Crave Truck with various gourmet Food Trucks of their own.
